Question

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

RSVPs are due on October 15th, 2024. We must confirm our final guest count with vendors 6 weeks prior to the wedding. You can RSVP on this website, or by contacting the bride by phone/text at (916) 818-6060. ***Please note: If a RSVP is not received, we will be unable to accommodate you due to seating arrangements and plated meal service. RSVPs received after the final headcount has been submitted will be rejected. Thank you for understanding.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 4:30pm to allow yourself to find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. To avoid disruption, once the ceremony has begun, you will not be allowed into the venue until the cocktail hour begins, so please plan accordingly.

Question

What should I know as an out of town guest?

Answer

The happy couple has worked with two hotels to obtain a discounted rate for our out of town guests. Welcome bags will also be provided to you upon check-in. Out of town guests are also invited to the Rehearsal Dinner.

Question

Am I able to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space we have limited the ability to bring a plus one to long-term couples and individuals that may not know any other guests. If we have allocated a plus one for you, the invitation will say "Name and Guest." Thank you for understanding!

Question

Answer

It's important to the happy couple that everyone enjoy their evening, this is a great opportunity for couples to enjoy themselves kid-free! However, there will be children of the couple, the bridal party, and immediate family in attendance.

Answer

Cocktail hour will consist of 6 appetizers served by wait-staff. Meal service will consist of Cesar Salad, fresh dinner rolls, and a duet plate of filet mignon and salmon served with mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies. And of course, cake! ***If you would prefer a vegetarian or vegan meal option, please contact the bride so that one can be arranged for you.
