We have reserved a block of rooms for our family and friends at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel. Here are online booking instructions from the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel: "Go to www.pokgrand.com - Click on “BOOK A ROOM” - CLICK THE 3RD DOWNWARD ARROW NEXT TO THE CHECK IN DATE, CHECK OUT DATE AND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE. - Where it reads Promotional Code please enter the specific code for the event, "GARHO" - You must add in the group code BEFORE hitting search. If you try to search without the group code, the website will show that it is sold out. - Follow the instructions to fill out your information - When you are finished you will receive a confirmation number * PLEASE NOTE - some guests have had a few hiccups with the website. Please be sure to add in the group code during your search. If not, it will show up as unavailable. We also saw guests having better lucky while booking on a desktop as opposed to a mobile device. When in doubt, please call the hotel directly!

Shuttle Information

Any guests who have booked a room at The Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel will have transportation provided to them. The shuttles will start to depart at 3:00 PM from the hotel and run throughout the night until all of our guests have arrived safely back to the hotel. Transportation will also be provided to anyone who stays for the after party next door at Shadows on the Hudson.
