Our story actually began before we ever met. Years earlier, our brothers Sam and JP became friends at the United States Merchant Marine Academy. They quickly bonded over many things, one being that they both came from big families. From the start, they joked about how perfect it would be to set up one of their siblings together. Fast forward to August 2022. I tagged along with Sam and his college friends ( JP included) to a concert in Bethel Woods, New York. We spent the weekend staying at an Airbnb together. Little did I know, Brendan and a group of his friends were also there, just down the road… in what was technically called an "Airbnb", but was actually just a tent (which still makes us laugh). After the concert ended, Sam and JP invited Brendan and his friends back to our cabin. Moments before Brendan walked in the door, Sam and JP turned to me and said, “You’re about to meet your future husband.” They were right.
