Q & A

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of our friend's and family's children! However, due to limited numbers and space restrictions, we hope you understand that our wedding will be kid free besides those participating in the wedding. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name and when you RSVP.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. No jeans or shorts please! You are welcome to wear whatever color you want, however to respect the colors of bride/bridal party and groomsmen stray away from spring colors such as steel blue, pink blush, dusty sage green, and of course white/ivory.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are at the same location. The Rustica provides complimentary parking for all guests. If you happen to drink too much, we strongly encourage you to use services such as Uber or Lyft to get you back to your destination safely. The venue will allow you to leave your vehicle overnight and then pick it up the next day (4/13/25) no later than 12pm. It will be towed after 12pm so please be sure to collect your vehicle the next day!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 1st, 2025. If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner. Thank you for understanding! If you have an emergency, please reach out to Kara 321-704-2283 or Shane 321-890-6114. We hope you all can make it to celebrate!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Invitations say 3:00 in the afternoon, however this means if you arrive right at 3:00 that would be ideal. Please arrive for the ceremony at the latest 3:15pm as we are going to try and start the ceremony at 3:30pm! Thank you and sorry if there is any confusion, don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Question

Can I take pictures or videos?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! There will also be a photo booth!

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, we can't wait to celebrate with everyone!

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Please RSVP "Not Attending", if you have already RSVP'd "Attending". Please notify Kara 321-704-2283 or Shane 321-890-6114 ASAP as well so we can get an accurate number of guests in a timely manner! We understand life happens and your presence will surely be missed!

Question

Where should we stay the night?

Answer

If you look on the travel tab of this website there’s a list of nearby hotels to choose from. The first hotel listed is the one closest to the venue and has room blocks available, first come first serve. The bride and groom will be staying at the Staybridge Suites. You can also look into Airbnbs as well! Let us know if you have any questions!
