The ceremony will begin punctually at 5 o'clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 4:45 p.m.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal all BLACK attire. Ladies may wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi length formal or cocktail dresses. Gentlemen, we understand that our wedding is in August and it may be hot. A suit and tie is encouraged but dress pants and a dress shirt are welcome as well. Your dress shirts may be white or black. Please do not be that one person showing up in colour. The ceremony will be outdoors, unless it rains. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your footwear. Please see the "Guest Attire Inspo" page for ideas of how to dress.
Please RSVP no later than July 15th 2025. We need time to communicate with our vendors our final guest count. Should you not RSVP before this date, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your presence.
The ceremony will be unplugged -- this means that we kindly ask all guests put their phones and cameras away during the ceremony and be fully present. We have hired incredible photographers and content creators to capture our special day so that you may just enjoy.
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our future endeavours, a presentation card may be placed in the card box at the reception.
Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! We cannot wait to celebrate and party with all of you.
Yes, there is a large parking lot located on site. No vehicles are to be left over night so please use our shuttle services if you plan on drinking this evening.
If your guests name is listed on the invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with just close friends and family.
Winnipeg summers can be unpredictable, but let's pray for a perfect sunny day! However, should it rain, the ceremony and reception will take place under the pavilion. The pavilion has fans to cool us down should the weather be too warm and is heated for the evening if it cools down. There are washrooms located inside that are temperature controlled as well.
As much as we love your little ones, we would love our wedding to be an adult only affair.
Yes! We have arranged a complimentary shuttle to take you to and from our wedding. The Shuttle will be picking up guests at the Boston Pizza Henderson parking lot (1475 Henderson Hwy) around 3:30 pm and will be departing no later than 4:00 pm. The shuttle will be leaving the venue just shortly after 12:30 am to safely take you back to the city to the original pick up location for drop off. If you plan on enjoying our open bar, we please ask that you take our shuttle or arrange other transportation for yourself. Please remember, no vehicles can be left on site overnight.
