FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that guests RSVP no later than April 9, 2025.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal to formal, but you should dress in what you feel most comfortable in. Note: Our venue is a working farm, and guests will walk over some stone and garden paths. The ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn, so flats or wedge heels are encouraged over stiletto-style heels.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both events will be held at Binksberry Hollow.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), with an indoor cocktail hour and reception to follow.

Question

What is the rain plan?

Answer

In the event of rain or other inclement weather, the ceremony will take place under the heated tent.

Question

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! Please make a note of your needs when you RSVP, and we will pass this on to the chef. All items on the buffet will be marked with any potential allergens, and plates will be made for any guests who cannot be accommodated with the buffet options.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Because we both have very large extended families, we have opted to keep our wedding an adults-only event.

Question

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available to guests. When you enter the venue from Chestnut Road, please continue straight back to the large parking lot.

Question

What should I do if I do not make it into the hotel block?

Answer

Please reach out to the hotel directly and mention our event. They may still be able to accommodate you at the discounted rate.
