Hotel Block Information

We have acquired a hotel block at the Spark by Hilton, Hilton Head Island. The hotel is located approximately one mile from The Sea Pines Resort Gate. The link will take you directly to the contracted rate of $117/night. If you need any assistance, or if more rooms need to be contracted, please let Madeline or Joe know.

Courtyard by Marriott Hilton Head Island

We have been allotted rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott near Coligny Plaza at a rate of $259/night. A booking link will be available by 8.22.25. The contracted discount rate will include free parking. Due to the distance (1.9 miles) of the property from Sea Pines, we cannot guarantee the shuttle will be available for this hotel, but we will work with Sea Pines to see if we can extend shuttle service to The Courtyard. House Or Rental

The Sea Pines Resort Home/Villa Rentals

Our ceremony and reception will be located within The Sea Pines Resort. Sea Pines offers a variety of accommodations, including home and villa rentals, and The Inn and Club at Harbour Town. The resort often offers various promotional discounts for rental properties. If you would like any assistance or recommendations for specific property rentals, we have a dedicated coordinator from Sea Pines to assist you with property bookings. Flight

Airport Information

The Hilton Head Island area has two airports to choose from. HHH (Hilton Head Island) is located on the North End of the Island, featuring year-round flights from American Airlines, and seasonal flights from United and Delta Airlines. SAV (Savannah/Hilton Head International) is located 30 miles southwest of Hilton Head Island, and is the larger airport option of the two. It features year-round non-stop service from Columbus to Savannah on Allegiant Airlines, and additional services with connections from Delta, Southwest, Spirit, and United Airlines. Rental Cars are available at both airports and Savannah does offer paid shuttle service to Hilton Head Island.
