We have reserved a room block through this hotel for those who want a traditional hotel room and/or do not wish to stay for more than one night (there is no minimum stay requirement). Guests wishing to book this option should reach out to the hotel directly and mention they are part of the Bruce Koopman hotel block.

House Or Rental

Jellystone Park™ at Larkspur

This is an outdoor "glamping"/resort option for those who have some extra time for a long weekend and who want to enjoy some extra outdoor activities before or after the wedding. Guests can book a cabin/tiny home which can house up to 6 people. We recommend the "Cindy Bear" as it has 2 individual bedrooms within the cabin for those wishing to share with another couple while still having privacy. Cabins include access to most of the resort activities, including mini golf, pool/hot tub, dog park and more. Please visit the website for more information!

Shuttle

Shuttle from each of the suggested lodging locations to Spruce Mountain Ranch/Events

August 26, 2021 3:15 pm - 11:30 pm

We have booked a private shuttle that will take guests to the ceremony/reception site. It will primarily run between Hampton Inn Castle Rock and the venue, but we can make arrangements to stop at Jellystone Park (Larkspur) as well. Shuttles will run about every hour back and forth until the last shuttle leaves at the conclusion of the event at 11 pm. Please note: Our wedding venue does not allow guests to leave cars overnight at the venue! Even if you are not booked at one of our suggested lodging locations, please make arrangements to catch a ride on the shuttle if you plan to enjoy the open bar.
