Rooms require full payment at the time of booking. Cottages and Suites require a 50% deposit at time of booking, remaining 50% due 30 days prior to check in! All reservations MUST be paid in full 30 days prior to check in! Cancellation (prior to the given grace period, all guests are eligible for cancellation with refund to monies paid, less the cancellation fee and travel insurance premium, if applicable. There are no refunds for any reason after the grace period, unless they opt for travel insurance, and it is a covered reason for cancellation).
