This is Sydney's favorite local coffee shop and bookstore in Kalamazoo! She and Bryce has made many a trips here while visiting family in the area.
Water Street Coffee Joint (Oakland)
Waterstreet is one our favorite local coffee and breakfast shops. They have a fantastic grab-n-go counter and coffee menu.
600 Kitchen & Bar
We love visiting 600 Kitchen and Bar when visiting family and in town. They have great food and drinks; and a phenomenal brunch. Sydney recommends the Goat Cheese Mousse!
WL Social House
We always enjoy our visits to the Wine Loft when in town. They have great cocktails and atmosphere! We recommend trying the Mai Tai!
Bell's Eccentric Cafe
Bell's is a Michigan staple, and well loved by the Hough family. The brewery sponsored the Bayview to Mackinac Race for many years. Be sure to check out their tap room!

Texas Corners
Texas Corners has some of Sydney's favorite shopping in the area. Be sure to check out Pink Lemonade, The Cheese Lady, Lee &Birch, and Dog Daze Boutique!
Tulips Little Pop Up Shop
One of Sydney and Laurie's favorite boutiques. They have great clothes, accessories, and gifts! Tulips pairs well with a stop at Factory for a coffee first.
Gilmore Car Museum
One of Bryce's favorite pass times is working on his truck. The Gilmore Car Museum is always to walk through historic and modern cars for Sydney and Bryce.
Air Zoo Aerospace & Science Museum
Sydney always enjoyed visiting the Air Zoo as child while visiting her cousins. It's a great way to spend an afternoon!

New Holland Brewing - Battle Creek Brewpub
When we visit Holland, this is one of our favorite places to eat. Check out their Battle Creek location for great food, drinks, and atmosphere. We highly recommend their pepperoni pinwheels!
