Tre and Jenn met the very first day that Jenn moved out to Texas. They met at Hope Fellowship in Frisco, TX during an internship. They become close friends first- bonding over football, wings, and all things Jesus. They would spend every Saturday watching Auburn and Texas A&M football games with a group of friends and every Sunday serving at church. They definitely complimented each other from the beginning.

Jenn was in a small group one night when her leader suggested "Tre and you would make a great couple." It was a moment that Jenn's face turned bright red and she realized how much she liked him. The only problem was she didn't know how Tre felt about her. She went home that night from small group where she randomly got a call from Tre- they ended up talking for 4 hours that night. The following night they continued the conversation for another 3 hours- the next night another 4. After these three days, Tre asked Jenn out and they were ready to take on the world and grow in this relationship! While they absolutely loved each other, they faced a lot of external trials during their first several months which leads us to the next section...

One day after months of dating (and after a lot of uncontrollable circumstances)- Jenn and Tre decided it would be best if they went their separate ways. There were lessons the Lord was teaching them both that required them to be a part for some time. Obviously you know the end of this story- hence the wedding page- however both never thought they'd have another shot. It was a very difficult 6 months a part- especially when they knew how much they meant to one another. At this point, they had no communication at all from the day they broke up.

One early November morning, Jenn woke up to a knock at her door at 6am. Her heart started racing a mile a minute when she peeked through the peep hole to see Tre standing there. Thinking it was an emergency, she opened the door to a man that was seeking a second chance. There was a lot said that day, but the one thing she remembers most was "Jennifer, for 192 days, I have prayed for you." While that's practically every girl's dream, Jenn was very strict with when Tre could contact her (only allowing him to call her every other day for 30 minutes). Long story short- we progressed to talking everyday and made it official three months later.

Since being back together, they have gotten to go to several weddings together, had many adventures with one another, and have absolutely fallen in love. They both have had the opportunity to preach at our church, and they have big dreams for their future in ministry. Date nights have often consisted of movies, go-karting, taking walks, eating at Chili's, and lots of laughing.

AKA The Proposal! Jenn was so ecstatic to hear the infamous question "Will you marry me?" Tre and Jenn have an ongoing joke that instead of saying "yes" or "no"- they say "potentially." If you were able to watch their engagement video, you can clearly hear Jenn yell "potentially" after Tre asked, however she will confirm that the answer is YES YES YES! They cannot wait to start a life together!

They cannot wait to celebrate with their friends and family on this special day! This is a day that will go down in history as they are joining together to advance the Kingdom and make Jesus' name known! Tre and Jenn are ready to take on the world!
