Happening Finally...on TopSail Island!!

Shane and Heather met at a mutual workplace in 2017, Drakes Pond Apartments. Shane worked as a Maintenance Supervisor and Heather provided the cleaning services for the property. Heather had caught Shane’s eye. Shane finally found the courage after 6 months to spark random conversations with her in passing. Which then led to lunch dates....then night dates....and soon enough they were inseparable....the rest is history.

Heather had been gone for the weekend with Bekah and Amber. Shane came to SoHa to pick up Heather and had gotten carsick! Shane finally collected himself after a half an hour and asked Heather if she’d like to take a walk along the pier. She anxiously agreed as it was something they’ve never done and it was almost sunset. It was a beautiful day and the walk was wonderful. They walked up and down the pier and then down the beach and up the dunes. There was a perfect spot where Shane decided he would drop down to one knee and proposed. Heather was completely shocked and fell in love all over again.

With everything that has happened and is happening over the last year we have decided to run away oceanfront in Top Sail, North Carolina! We would love for everyone to come.
