Hotel
There are many great hotels centrally located in Wichita. We have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown. Use code "HOS" for a discounted rate. Guest rooms will be held until 5:00 P.M. CST on January 30, 2025. The hotel is attached to a paid city-owned garage with a bridge entrance to the hotel on the second floor.
Flight
For out of town guests, the Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport (ICT) is a short car ride away from downtown Wichita and the Hilton Garden Inn. Alamo, Avis, Budget, Hertz and Enterprise are also on-site if you wish to rent a car.
