What do I wear?

Answer

Please check the weather close to the day of as weather in October in the Carolinas is never easy to predict. We want everyone to feel comfortable so the dress code is dressy casual. Please no jeans. The venue is a brewery and this will be an outdoor ceremony (we have back-up indoor ceremony plans in case of rain) and an indoor/outdoor reception.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm so as long as you are sitting down by that time, you are welcome to arrive any time after 3pm. The bar will be open at that time.

Food and Drink?

Answer

We will be having a cash bar and we are keeping it super simple food wise with pizza, salads, sandwiches, subs, and some fruit and veggie trays.

How much/where is parking available?

Answer

There will be parking on site and we will have signs up. You will need a parking pass which we will have available at the guest book and card table. Please place these in your windshield where they can be seen from the outside of the car.

Do I need to bring a gift?

Answer

The biggest gift we can receive is spending this special day with our friends and family! If you wish to bring a gift, our registry is here on the website but our featured item on our registry is our open-use fund! This will be used for honeymoon funds, to help with wedding expenses, or to go towards a down payment on a house.

How long is the wedding?

Answer

We have use of the space from 3pm to 11pm. Please check out the more specific schedule we have posted for the day under the schedule tab. Please note that we will not take any offense to anyone who cannot stay for the entire evening but we may put you to work to help pack up decorations if you stay until the very end 😁

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All allowed plus ones have been put on the guest list but if you do not have one allowed on your RSVP, please reach out to see if we have room to add a plus one to your invite.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We will be offering a kid/family friendly environment until 8:30 PM

Are there any recommended hotels?

Answer

We will have some local hotels listed under the travel tab, but no specific hotels in mind. The wedding in is Charlotte so there are plenty of places to choose from!
