Meet the wonderful friends and family that will be walking down the aisle with us

Melissa

Matron of Honor

Megan: Melissa, my twin sister, will be acting as my Matron of Honor. As not only my sister but also my best friend since birth, I can't imagine anyone else being there to celebrate and support us during our wedding! Since we were little, we would go onto Pinterest and "plan" our future weddings together, looking over wedding dresses and DIY decorations. So, she has really been my Maid/Matron of Honor since middle school at least. Melissa is recently married and will be the best support while we navigate our wedding planning and day of help. Fun Facts: - She and her husband, Ben, have a cute doodle together named Cooper! - She enjoys hiking, crafting, reading, and playing DnD - She is passionate about sustainability and works for a non-profit that helps bring meals to those in need

Rufayda

Bridesmaid

Megan: Me and Rufy have been best friends ever since we met at UC Davis, over 7 years ago where we lived as housemates for two years! We have been on lots of adventures together and have made lots of memories throughout our friendship, and I consider her like a sister--though not older she is much much wiser. I actually met Rufy only about about a year or less after meeting Andrew! Though she lives far away, we still always make time to see each other. I was honored to be in her wedding a year ago as a bridesmaid and now the roles are reversed! Fun facts: - Rufy grew up in Tanzania and went to school in Kenya - She enjoys anime, her favorite being One Piece - She is passionate about Sustainable Agriculture and works as an Operations Manager for Beeflow, a Biotech company that helps improve the impact of pollination in agriculture.

Anya

Bridesmaid

Megan: Anya and I met also at UC Davis, about 7 years ago where we lived together with Rufayda, Nathalia, and Richa during school. Anya has been a wonderful best friend these past years and I could not do my and Andrew's big day without her! We have had wonderful memories together--road trips, concerts, lots of dancing and laughing-- and I consider her like a sister. She is very organized and Type A (like me) and will be integral to making sure my wedding goes without a hitch. I am excited for her to share this celebration with me as my bridesmaid! Fun facts: - Anya has a pet Gecko, Rexy, who is about 20 years old! - She enjoys hiking and has even completed the 5 day Salkantay Trek in Peru around Machu Picchu - She has a passion for art, music, and the graceful art of aerial hoop, also known as lyra

Nathalia

Bridesmaid

Megan: I met Nathalia when she came into my life as a roommate at UC Davis, and is lovingly known as our best Craigslist roommate find. Yes, we randomly found her on Craigslist while she was looking for housing as a freshman and thank god we found her! She is my little Brazilian baby sister and I have spent many days wandering the aisles of Trader Joes with her (which became our favorite weekend tradition). Nathalia is one of my very best friends and is always down for an adventure. I am excited to have her join this next adventure as my bridesmaid! Fun Facts: - Nathalia was born and raised in Brazil and is fluent in Porteguese! - She loves old school rock and pop! She was definitely born in the wrong generation - She loves plants, both indoor and outdoor plants!

Richa

Bridesmaid

Megan: Richa and I also met as roommates at UC Davis! Since meeting about 7 years ago, Richa has been a great best friend and we have made lots of fond memories together. From road trips to Santa Barbara to nights that we won't forget, Richa has always been by my side and I can't wait for her to be by my side for the big day! Fun facts: - She is currently in school obtaining her Masters in Urban Planning - She is passionate about social and environmental activism - She has a cat named Whiskey!

Juliet

Best Woman

Andrew: Julie, my older sister, will be serving as my Best Woman. She’s not only been a lifelong best friend and confidant, but now she’s also a key part of my wedding party. Growing up in the small town of Live Oak, CA, we spent countless hours watching our favorite shows, walking to the river, and playing tennis. Despite the three-year age gap, people often mistook us for twins due to our strikingly similar features. Today, Julie lives in Sacramento, where she puts her empathy and compassion to work as a social worker, helping those in need. Fun Facts: -Julie is a proud cat mom to two adorable fur babies, Spike and Tuna Terner. -She’s a dedicated member of the “Bee Hive” and a huge Beyoncé fan. -Her favorite getaway spot is Arcata, where she enjoys relaxing amidst the cold beaches and towering redwoods.

David

Groomsman

Tori

Groomswoman

Andrew: Tori and I first crossed paths while moving into our dorms during our freshman year at UC Davis. With her kind and approachable nature, it was easy for someone as shy as me to strike up a friendship. Over the course of our four years as classmates, Tori’s presence in my life brought countless fond memories. A deeply motivated and hardworking individual, she has always gone above and beyond—whether as a dedicated member of JROTC in high school, joining Teach For America in college, or now serving as a Special Education Teacher in Sonoma County. Fun Facts: -Tori is a gifted singer and can often be heard performing her favorite songs as she goes about her day. -Tori began dating her husband, Egan McComb, after I boldly suggested she march over to his dorm and confess her feelings for him.
