We recommend staying in the Poipu / Koloa area, in the South Shore of Kauai.
The best option is to book an AirBnb / VRBO in the area. Other options are to book a room at nearby resort. We suggest the following for location and quality:
-The Grand Hyatt Kauai
-Sheraton Kauai Resort
-Koa Kea Hotel
-Koloa Landing Resort at Poipu
All of these options are very close to the venue and have wonderful accommodations.
