Room blocks have been reserved at two hotels for all guests. You may book through our reservation by selecting "View" next to the chosen hotel. We will be providing a round trip charter bus for up to 52 guests that will be stopping at both hotels. The Reservation cutoff for both hotels is April 9th 2025. The shuttle will arrive at Westgate Palace at 3:30pm, and will arrive at Cambria at 3:45. Please make sure you are in the lobby 15 minutes prior to your pickup as the busses are on a schedule and will not wait past their pickup time.
