YES! We currently live in a small apartment in Los Angeles and will be there for the next several years, so we do not need any more household items (we can't bring much home to LA from NJ!). However, as broke graduate students we would appreciate any and all contributions to our graduate school education and our future home - find our Registry at the tab on this website!
The dress code is formal. For men this means a tuxedo or suit, and for women a gown, cocktail dress below the knee, or suit/tux. Please no white (other than white dress shirts for men)!
There are several places to park near the Chapel and Quad. The closest place to park to the Chapel is Lot 10. The closest place to park to Quad is street parking on Prospect Avenue. There are also paid garages in town. Lot 21 has shuttles that will take you around campus, but consult the shuttle schedule ahead of time if you choose this option. Also, if you're willing to take a longer walk, you can park at the Stadium Drive garage.
Yes! We have a block reserved with reduced room rates at the Homewood Suites in Princeton from October 17-19. If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Transportation is not provided, but our ceremony location (The Princeton University Chapel) is walking distance from our reception space (Quadrangle Club). It is about a 5 minute walk (or less!) as Quadrangle Club is across the street from the Chapel. We recommend either Ubering from your hotel or carpooling with others. If you need any assistance or have questions feel free to let us know!
The ceremony will start at three o'clock, so we recommend arriving at least fifteen to twenty minutes early to make sure you are seated.
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! If you need any assistance finding a babysitter, we will provide some recommendations here as the ceremony approaches.
