When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony by 5:00 PM on May 15th, 2027.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think dresses of any length (including long or more formal styles), cocktail or midi dresses, dressy tops paired with skirts or tailored pants, or jumpsuits for women. For men, suits or dress shirts with slacks (tie optional) are perfect.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’ll be reserving a block of rooms at a nearby hotel for your convenience. Please visit the Travel page on our website for details and booking information. Airbnb options will also be listed there if you prefer, though transportation will only be provided to and from the hotel block.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from the designated hotel to the venue throughout the evening for your convenience.

Is there transportation to and from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We are working to provide shuttle service between Chicago O’Hare and our designated hotel for guests who need transportation. When you RSVP online, you’ll be prompted to indicate your arrival time and whether you plan to use the shuttle. The shuttle is expected to run throughout the day on Friday, May 14, 2027, and again on Sunday, May 16, 2027, with pickups approximately every 2–3 hours. More details will be shared as the wedding date approaches. For those who prefer other options, we will also be providing discount codes/vouchers for rental cars and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Yes! There will be plenty of parking available in the lots next to the venue and across the street. We will also be providing transportation from the designated hotel to the venue for your convenience.

We kindly ask that only those guests listed on your invitation attend. If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your invitation. If you have any questions or feel a guest should be included, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors at the same venue.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

We’re expecting mild, pleasant weather with highs in the 60s–70s and cooler evenings in the 40s–50s. Fingers crossed for sunshine! If needed, the ceremony will be moved indoors. We recommend bringing a light layer for the outdoor ceremony.
