What do I need to know concerning COVID?

Answer

So many things! as of 06/17/21, -Our venue is private property and makes the rules when it comes to hosting large events or gatherings. They have chosen to adopt the CDC recommended guidelines adopted by the state of WA. -According to our venue, guests who are fully vaccinated or willing to provide a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event will not be required to wear a mask. -If you are fully vaccinated, please be prepared to provide proof upon request by hotel staff. (Aka Bring your vaccination card with you!) -Individuals who cannot provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result within 72 hours of the event will be required to wear a mask. -Indoor gatherings of up to 50% capacity are allowed for Phase 3 guidelines in Whatcom County. For our venue that would be roughly 200 which is more than double our wedding size. -We appreciate everyone's efforts to help us beat this pandemic and to have a safe, fun, and memorable wedding!

Yes, your little ones are more than welcome to attend!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

In a word formal. We love any excuse to dress up, so feel free to dress as fancy as you want but we realize that its summer and will likely be hot, so dress with comfort in mind as well.

What's the Parking situation like?

Answer

There is a parking garage on-site for guest use. as well as a parking lot nearby used for the marina and boat launch. You are welcome to park there as well.

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

Greenery and light gray (think misty Pacific Northwest mountains), with Rose Gold accents to match our rings metal.

Are the Ceremony and Reception in the same place?

Answer

They are both taking place on the same property, the Hotel Bellwether but in different spaces on the property. The Reception will be in the ballroom which is across the parking lot from the Ceremony space. This means you don't have to worry about transportation from one space to another.
