Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Friday, January 2nd. It is important that we give our venue and catering team an accurate headcount. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you are unable to make it.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocks at Hotel Haya in Ybor, the Residence Inn downtown, and the Westshore Grand near the airport. As you plan your visit, here are a few areas we recommend, depending on the kind of experience you're looking for: Ybor City A lively, historic neighborhood close to the venue, known for its vibrant nightlife. Great for those looking for a party vibe with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Downtown / Channelside Also close to the venue, this area offers a more laid-back atmosphere compared to Ybor. You’ll still find a good selection of restaurants, bars, and things to do—perfect for a relaxed but fun stay. Midtown A newer development with modern hotels and a few shops and restaurants, mostly centered around the Midtown plaza. It’s not super walkable outside of that area, but it’s centrally located for getting around town. Westshore / Airport About a 15-minute drive from the venue, this area isn’t very walkable but offers more affordable hotel options. It's a convenient choice that’s still close to everything without being in the middle of the action. There are also plenty of Airbnb/ Vrbo options in the area!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a small lot next to the venue. If you plan on drinking, please Uber/ Lyft because you cannot park overnight.

Question

Will there be hotel shuttles?

Answer

We have reserved a 20 passenger bus to take guests back to their hotels at the end of the night. The shuttle will depart the venue at 9:30pm, 10pm, and 10:30pm and will stop at the Residence Inn Downtown and Hotel Haya.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding is cocktail attire. The ceremony will take place outdoors and February weather in Tampa can be unpredictable—typically ranging from 55° to 75°. We recommend bringing layers to stay comfortable!

Question

Can I take pictures and videos?

Answer

During the ceremony? No, we have a photographer and dedicated videographer. PLEASE do not have your phones out during the ceremony. Take a moment to unplug and enjoy the moment. During cocktail hour and the reception? Absolutely! You're welcome to post on social media as well.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

You betcha! We’ll have a variety of beer and wine for you to enjoy.
