In just one sentence, he hooked me. Picture this, week 4 of drill school, I didn't even know Jeremy was in our class, he stood behind me and we were never in the same group, until we were. It was live fire lab at North Bend where we go inside a room on fire and watch the way fire builds and move, and I was a little nervous, "what if it was too hot, what if I panicked, what happens then, I'd have to pick a whole new career". It's our turn, before we start walking to the building Jeremy comes up to me and says, "Robbie told me you have never been in live fire before and that you were a little nervous, so he will go in front, and I will go behind you and we will make a little Hopkins sandwich and make sure you get in and out okay, we got you." There were many more sweet moments like that during school and that's how I knew I had met the best guy in the world, looking the ugliest, the sweatiest and being the most stressed I had ever been. 5 years later, 2 cats, and 1 house, we are getting married!
