Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Aside from the couple's immediate nieces and nephews, the wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. While we love your little ones, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions please reach out.
Question
Will there be transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, there will be a complimentary shuttle that will transport guests from the Embassy Suites hotel to the wedding venue and then from venue to the hotel once the wedding reception has concluded. More information including shuttle departure times will be given upon check in at hotel. Uber and Lyft operate in the area and are options as well.

How do I RSVP? When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Our RSVPs are fully digital online here on the website. Just click on the RSVP tab, type in your name and follow the prompts to submit. We kindly ask you RSVP by October 14th, 2023 so that we can provide our final head count to all of our vendors.

What should I wear?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will require cocktail attire. Suits and knee-length dresses are appropriate.

What will the weather be like in Georgia?
Answer
In the month of November, daily high temperatures typically range from 60-70 degrees, with daily low temperatures ranging from 40-50 degrees. Crisp temperatures, radiant skies, favorable weather, and the lure of foliage colors makes the Fall months a standout time in Georgia.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on a large, covered patio. The ceremony will take place on the upper story of the patio (1.5 flights of stairs required to access) and the cocktail hour will take place on the lower level of the patio. A fireplace and heaters will be available if needed. The dinner and dancing will be held indoors.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Unfortunately, the venue is not fully wheelchair accessible. The ceremony will take place on the 2nd floor of a covered patio and guests will be required to walk up 1.5 flights of stairs to access. There is no ramp access to the ceremony location.

Am I allowed to take photos at your ceremony?
Answer
We will have an unplugged ceremony so that our guests are not distracted by their devices and our amazing photographer can get the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens.

I have dietary restrictions, what's the best way to communicate that with you?
Answer
We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.
