Thursday, July 9
4-4:30 PM- Guest arrival begins at Homestake Lodge
6 PM- Pizza provided for dinner.
Evening – Free time to settle in, explore, or hang out around the lodge
Friday, July 10
Morning–Afternoon – Free day to hike, relax, or explore the area.
4:00 PM – Casual cookout (burgers, brats, chips, etc.)
5:00 PM–Evening – Yard game tournament!
Saturday, July 11 – Wedding Day!
Morning – Free time for guests not helping with set up
3:00 PM – Ceremony (we walk down the aisle!)
3:30–4:30 PM – Cocktail hour
4:30 PM – Dinner is served
5:30 PM–10 PM – Dancing & celebrating
10:00 PM – Bar closes
11PM – Official afterparty wind-down ✨
Sunday, July 12
By 10:00 AM – Guests check out and say goodbye!
