Blake Hawkins and I go way back to our days on the baseball field, where we learned more about life and created memories that will last a lifetime. Blake didn’t stop there, he took his talent and drive from the diamond to the football field and excelled. Now, he's stepping into a new role as a linebacker coach and strength & conditioning teacher and going to lead the younger generation of student athletes to compete in the classroom and on the field. Whether it's leading by example or pushing others to be their best, Blake’s the guy you want in your corner. Having shared locker rooms, long bus rides, and a lot of memories, I'm proud to have him standing with me on this big day. He's not just a great athlete or coach, he's a lifelong teammate and an even better friend.

Brandon is the kind of guy who's always ready, and will do everything for a friend. Brandon has been a great friend and someone to look up to for the four years since I meet Brandon. Brandon has a steady hand, sharp aim, and an even sharper sense of loyalty. He shows up, puts in the work, and never backs down from a challenge, whether it’s in the field, or when someone needs help. I had the opportunity to meet Brandon my Freshman year of college, and I am thankful for him and what he means to me and the friendship we have created throughout the years. Throughout the four years we have had memories of being teammates, going on hunting trips, and just hanging out around school. I am thankful for the last four years, and excited to create more memories with Brandon for years to come.
