When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 9th

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can start arriving at 3:30PM, please arrive no later than 4:00PM

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in semi-formal/ dressy casual attire: cocktail or midi dresses, florals. For men: dress shirts and slacks (tie optional) and dress shoes. please avoid denim, sneakers etc. Ceremony is outdoors, weather might be chilly in early May.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking onsite, if you are parking overnight your vehicle must be picked up by 10AM on may 10th

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation to and from the ceremony and to the Best Western. Other transportation options include uber or lyft. Shuttle to the venue leaves the bestwestern at 2:45PM Shuttle from the venue to the hotel times: 9:00PM, 10:00PM and 11:00PM

Due to limited space we can only accomidate guests named on your invitation.
