Hope and Peter’s story began in September 2015, thanks to a well-designed setup for a high school homecoming dance. Neither of them thought much of it at the time, but God was already at work, beginning to write a story far greater than they could have imagined. They dated through high school before life took them in different directions. Hope headed off to college in San Diego and Peter in Dallas. Even so, their connection never fully faded, and through every season apart and together, God continued to guide them back to one another, always picking up right where they left off. In 2022, everything aligned. What started as a teenage homecoming date had grown into a deep, steady love built on years of history, friendship, and choosing each other again and again. On November 9, 2024, with the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop, Peter planned the most well-designed surprise. In that moment, he asked Hope to spend forever with him. After a decade of memories and a few twists along the way, Hope and Peter are so excited to celebrate the next chapter of the love story God has written.
