Our story
Pedro and I met in the fall of 2023 at Dallas Baptist University. Pedro's fraternity and my sorority had a mixer early in the fall. I thought Pedro was cute, so I started following him on Instagram. Soon after that, Pedro "randomly" showed up at my apartment with some friends to hang out. I quickly caught him sitting next to me out of all of the seats in the room. After a late night, Pedro asked me to go for a walk with him the next day, and soon after, he asked me out on a date.
Pedro asked me to be his girlfriend on November 5, 2023, and we were then engaged in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on June 21, 2025. Neither Pedro nor I could have asked for a better love story. We are so thankful for the support of our friends and family. And ultimately, we praise God every day that He has blessed us with one another. We cannot wait to celebrate with our closest friends and family as we make a covenant with one another, as Christ has made for us!
