Packing Tips
Packing Tips for an Alaska Cruise:
PASSPORT and ID: Required for boarding and re-entry to the U.S.
Layers are key: Bring sweaters, a warm jacket, a waterproof coat, and long sleeves — the weather can change quickly.
Formalwear: Bring one or two nice outfits for dinner, dance parties, and, of course, the WEDDING!
Comfortable shoes: Great for walking around the ship and exploring ports.
Lounge clothing: Pack comfy outfits for relaxing on sea days — joggers, leggings, hoodies.
Binoculars & camera: Ideal for spotting animals
Sunscreen & sunglasses: Even in cool temperatures sun reflects off the water and glaciers.
Swimsuit & cover-up, flip-flops or sandals: Perfect for the indoor pools and hot tubs.
Refillable water bottle: Great for staying hydrated during excursions and around the ship.
Motion sickness remedies. Just in case!
Small backpack or bag: Handy for shore excursions and exploring ports.
Power strip: Cruise cabins have limited outlets
