Is there a dress code?

We ask guest wear semi-formal attire, we want you comfortable and ready to celebrate. Above is our color palette for those who have been asking.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we can only allow people listed on the invitation/RSVP guest list. Please contact Hope: 812-212-3110 for any questions as we may be able to allow extra guest towards the end of RSVP's.

WHERE DO WE STAY?

Answer

We have 50 rooms blocked off at 3 different hotels, if you call the hotel and the block is full contact Hope: 812-212-3110 and we will add more rooms. All hotel blocks are under Flaspohler/Stoller besides The Best Western in Batesville which is under Hope Flaspohler. Please keep in mind that any rooms not booked before July 31st at 2/3 of the hotels will be removed from the block and available to the public. BOOK NOW and NOT LATER.

WHEN IS THE CEREMONY?

Answer

There will be a private ceremony followed by the reception with dinner and dancing to follow. Separate invites will be in the invitations for anyone invited to the ceremony. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony and reception. After the ceremony we will allow 1 1/2-2 hrs for pictures and any reception set up needed so feel free to leave during that time to check into the hotel, grab ice cream from the back of the venue, and/or explore Batesville.
