Should I rent a car?

Answer

NO!! UNLESS: you hate biking, you are staying more than 2 miles from the Seaside Chapel, or you just love the road. Most every hotel/condo/house comes equipped with bikes. Some with golf carts. To get from the airport you can set up a driver or uber!

Is there uber?

Answer

There is uber! But there's not very many cars, so plan on ~15 minute wait times.

How do I know if I have a plus one?

If you're unclear, text us. It's not awkward.

But what will I wear!

Answer

Good question. I never know either. Ladies - short, midi, and less formal long dresses (no ball gowns) all good! Also, don't wear pointy heels because there will be a lot of grass involved (unless they're really cute). Gentlemen - suit no tie (unless you got a new one that you're obsessed with). Its gonna be warm! I love a mix and match. Wear whatever you feel best in! We don't recommend white.

Can I bring my kid

Yeah you can! As long as they're cool. But not to the wedding ceremony. Because what if they cry (there is outdoor seating if you need to bring them). Let us know if you need a sitter in Seaside, we can help you find a good one.

Where can I possibly go on a run?

Answer

AH! There is a path along 30A that runs as far as the eye can see. Running on the beach is sometimes nice, but the tides in the gulf aren't very strong so low tide isn't very useful. If you want to try it anyway, just beware, you may find yourself fighting the ocean for wet sand on a huge slant. But power to ya! I do it sometimes too :) You can also run through Water color! There's lots of hidden paths and bridges and brick roads and water fountains to explore through.
