The dress code is comfortable and casual! The groom and groomsmen will NOT wearing suits. The wedding colors are white and shades of green.
We are so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! Due to venue capacity limits, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If your invitation included a plus one, we would love for you to bring them — just be sure to include them when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be at the same location - Morse Town Hall. We hope (weather permitting) that our ceremony will take place outdoors and our reception will have indoor and outdoor spaces.
Yes, White Oak Inn & Suites is located about 5 miles away from the venue in Deer River. You can find a direct link to their website by clicking on the "Travel" tab on this website. We have registered a hotel block for our wedding.
At this time, there is a plan to have a van that will shuttle guests from the venue to White Oak Inn & Suites at the end of the wedding (11 p.m.) on Saturday, June 6. The plan will be to have a shuttle van for guests staying at the hotel during the morning of Sunday, June 7, to pick up their vehicles from the venue. Check back soon for more details! The wedding venue has a parking lot and parking will also be available on the shoulders of Highway 46 near the wedding venue.
Yes, the bride and groom will be providing kegs of beer and wine to guests at no cost. Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks to the wedding - but please, no glass containers for safety reasons.
Yes! The wedding meal will include: pulled pork (barbecue sauce available), buns, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, potato chips, and a side salad (dressing available). This is subject to change. Non-alcoholic drinks will include water and lemonade.
