Bridal Prep

1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Couples usually have hair/makeup done in town/hotel/AirBnB. They arrive in robes and use the Garden Studio or The Garage Lounge for putting on their dress/suits and touchups The Bridal party usually arrives at the venue around 1:30/2pm

First look + immediate family photos *WEDDING PARTY ONLY*

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Couples walk around Sundance, stain glass windows for backdrop, walk one block north to the gorgeous wooded area, love the decorative block in front, sit on “all you need is love” bench, walk to sunflower field one block west Family Formal photos are sometimes taken at this time and/or bridal party photos

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Back to suites to gather your wedding party – Meet in the dancehall to prepare for Ceremony

Wedding Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Formal

Cocktail Hour, Wedding party photos

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Guests will enjoy our signature drinks & appetizers during this time in the Garden - Couples usually head to Garden Studio to sign their marriage license – along with more celebratory photos

Wedding Party/Newly weds Announced + First dance

6:15 pm - 6:30 pm

Dinner Begins

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Tables will be called over one by one for our buffet style dinner!

Dance and Mingle!

7:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Music Ends

11:00 pm

last call is made, Coordinator, Rental companies or family start to gather personal belongings, Dj starts to pack up, bartenders box any opened alcohol for you to take home, Sundance staff starts to clean the venue and take trash out.
