During the summer of 2017, we met on a school bus in San Diego, CA on our way to spend the night on a Submarine in true Navy fashion. After a dreamy night underwater on the sub, and three more weeks of Navy training (aka partying on the beaches of CA) Ally and Hope had become very good "friends". The only problem was Hope wanted to be more than friends, but was having a really hard time figuring out if Ally felt the same way. Thankfully all the feelings were confirmed on Ally's 20th birthday, when we shared our first kiss.

After 2 fun years of spending endless nights in Bancroft Hall we thought being Navy Pilots would be fun and we moved to Florida... turns out it was not fun. Not long into fight school, in classic Ally and Hope fashion, we decided to start a new path. One where we could spend more time together, doing the things we actually love. Our new careers as a Surface Warfare Officer and Oceanography Officer landed us in Norfolk where we currently live with our doggo Benji.

The Navy has a way of controlling a large part of our lives, so on October 9th, 2020 we found ourselves in a UPS store in Milton Florida. We were not there to mail any packages, but instead we got married! SURPRISE!! Our wedding in Boone is actually a 1 year anniversary party, or as we like to call it our "proper" wedding!

This takes us to October 9th, 2021. The date where we can celebrate our marriage and love for each other the proper way, surrounded by all of our friends and family. We would love to see all of you there and spend this special day with us!
