Aidan and Hope met at the Springville Park on a Wednesday night, Hope was with her friend playing pickleball while Aidan was right behind her playing volleyball with his church friends. Hope's friend, Sophie, saw some of her friends playing volleyball with Aidan and they joined in. Aidan and Hope hit it off that night at the park and continued to talk. They started dating on August 8, 2023. Their story has continuously been growing as they have been together. They have grown closer each and every day. They knew from the first night at the park it was love at first sight. God had answered each of their prayers about finding a Godly spouse that will lead them in the right direction as well as leading them closer to God. On May 19th, Aidan proposed to Hope at Lake Guntersville.
