When should I RSVP by?

Answer

So we are able to ensure that everything is in order, kindly RSVP by August 31st. You can RSVP by scanning the QR code in your invitation, by returning the RSVP card to us, or the link here on our website!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:15PM. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM! Please note you will need to walk down a flight of stone stairs to get to your seat. Should you need assistance, there will be a golf cart available to transport you from the parking lot.

What is the order of events?

Ceremony: 4:30PM Cocktail Hour: 5:00PM Dinner & Dancing: 6:00PM After Party: 10:00PM

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! The attire for our celebration is black-tie optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or cocktail dress. Our ceremony will be outside, and October in Pennsylvania can be a bit unpredictable, so please keep that in mind!

Can I bring a plus one?

We're so excited to celebrate our wedding day with our favorite people. Due to our wedding being an intimate gathering, we ask that only those named on the invitations attend. We appreciate your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your littles, we ask that you please make it a date night! In order to allow all guests a night of relaxation and fun, we have chosen our wedding to be an adult-only occasion.

What colors are the birdesmaids wearing?

Answer

Our beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing a dark green.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will only be provided for those staying at The Best Western Concordville. The shuttle will arrive at 3:30PM and depart promptly at 3:45PM for the ceremony. Guests will be able to take the shuttle back to The Best Western starting at 10PM, when our reception concludes. The final pick up from The Inn at Grace Winery will be at 11:45PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available! Signs will direct you to the parking lot once you arrive. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place on the same grounds, so you won't need to move your vehicle.
