Travel Note
We can’t wait for you to experience one of our favorite cities in the world. While we are not reserving a room block, we highly recommend staying in Roma Norte or Condesa — two of the most charming and vibrant neighborhoods in Mexico City. Think tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, amazing coffee, incredible restaurants, and boutique hotels tucked into historic buildings. Both neighborhoods are approximately 25–35 minutes from our wedding venue (depending on traffic). We suggest booking accommodations early, as late November is a wonderful — and popular — time to visit. Traveling with Friends? Airbnbs are also a great option, especially for groups or families. Roma Norte and Condesa have beautiful apartments and historic homes available — ideal if you’d like shared living space or a longer stay. We recommend booking early, as well-located properties tend to reserve quickly. A Note on Getting Around & Safety Roma Norte and Condesa are two of the safest and most popular neighborhoods for visitors in Mexico City. They are lively, well-traveled, and very walkable. For transportation, we recommend using Uber, which is widely used, reliable, and affordable. Most guests will not need a rental car during their stay. As with any major city, we suggest normal travel awareness — but we feel very comfortable in these neighborhoods and are excited for you to experience them.

☀️ Weather in November Late November is one of our favorite times to be in Mexico City. Days are typically sunny and mild, with warm afternoons and cooler evenings. The air is crisp, skies are usually clear, and it’s a beautiful time to explore the city. What to expect: Warm afternoons Cooler mornings and evenings Very low humidity Minimal rain It’s truly ideal travel weather. 👗 What to Wear Mexico City style leans elevated but effortless — polished without feeling overly formal. During the Day Lightweight dresses, trousers, or elevated casual pieces Comfortable walking shoes (Roma + Condesa are very walkable) Sunglasses Light layers Evenings Temperatures drop after sunset, so we recommend: A light jacket, blazer, or shawl Closed-toe shoes or stylish flats Layer-friendly outfits Wedding Weekend Tip Because of the altitude, the sun feels stronger during the day — sunscreen is encouraged.
