4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
No specific dress code. We only ask that no one wears white please.
The ceremony starts promptly at 4pm. This will be an unplugged ceremony (there will be a sign at the venue stating this as a friendly reminder) because we do not want anyone to unintentionally disrupt our ceremony or accidentally get in the way of our photographers and videographer while they are doing their jobs.
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Charcuterie boards and fruit trays will be served right after the ceremony while the wedding party has their photos taken. At 6pm, guests will be adjourned to tables. *The bride and groom will be seated at a sweethearts table. There is not a seating chart for our guests, but we do ask that a table near the sweethearts table be left open for our wedding party.
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Bride and groom grand entrance will take place at 6:05pm. Any welcome speeches and toasts will take place between 6:10pm-6:30pm.
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
We will be having an Italian buffet. Entree options: mostaccioli and sausage, chicken marsala, and twisted mac & cheese (mildly spicy mac & cheese). Side options: green beans with garlic butter, cheddar macaroni salad, Caesar salad, and garlic bread. There will be plain water, lemon water, and one other flavored water option (TBD) available throughout the entire night. Alcohol, pop, coffee, and hot chocolate will be served throughout the night.
7:30 pm - 7:45 pm
The bride and groom will cut the cake at 7:30pm. The dessert table will open up immediately following the cake cutting. There will be a small cake for the bride and groom and wedding party to share after cutting and cupcakes for our guests. We will also have our favorite candies as wedding favors that will likely be placed on the dessert table with the cupcakes.
7:45 pm - 8:00 pm
The bride and groom will have their first dance at 7:45pm. The father of the bride & bride dance will follow. Mother of the groom & groom dance is TBD but would take place between 7:45pm-8pm.

The dance floor will officially open to everyone at 8pm and will remain open for the rest of the night.
8:30 pm
We will be stepping away briefly at 8:30pm to sign our marriage license and get photos of that special moment.

Popcorn and other salty snacks will be provided as a late-night snack at 9pm.
11:30 pm
The bar will close at 11:30pm. There will be no announcement made for last call.

The bride and groom will be having our last dance of the night at 11:55pm. The reception will officially be over at 12am on October 19th, 2025. Music will be shut off promptly at midnight. Everyone must be out of the venue no later than 12:30am.
