How do I book the group rate?

Answer

You will need to book directly through the link included below, or found on the "Travel" page. When booking your room, please make sure to reserve under the “Hoopes Celebration” block. Question

Is there a certain time I need to book my room by?

Answer

Please book your room within our group block by February 28th, 2026. To secure your reservation, you only need to deposit one night's cost by that date, and you can pay the remainder upon arrival. If you need more time than late February to put down your deposit and book, please reach out to us to let us know as there is also a resort deadline you will have to meet and we want to ensure you'll reach our group rate deadline.

What do I do if the link provided says the Hoopes Celebration is full or not showing up?

Answer

Please let one of us know, as our Group Coordinator will likely need to add an extra room to our block due to an updated guest count. We kindly ask that you do not book your own room outside of our group.

Can we bunk up with others in the group?

Answer

If you are two singles, you can surely book together but you must book the room as two adults. If you are two couples, please check in with us first prior to booking so we can confirm it won't skew our booking count. Singles total cost: $928 | Couples total cost: $1,237

What do we do in downtime?

Answer

We want this to be a vacation for you in addition to celebrating us, so please feel free to use the resort amenities at your leisure outside of our planned events. We only ask you attend the scheduled events with us.

Can I bring others along even if they won't attend any of the events?

Answer

Since this is a small & intimate celebration, we ask you don't bring others unless you ask us directly.

When will there be a confirmed itinerary of events?

Answer

You can expect to have a full run of events by August at the latest, we'd imagine. :)
