Jasmine and Jaquan’s story began in 2015 in Greensboro, North Carolina. What started as just another night out quickly became the night that changed everything. Jasmine spotted Jaquan across the room, and something about him instantly caught her attention. With a little help from fate (and a perfectly timed phone call), that brief glance turned into a conversation neither of them expected — but one they would never forget. From the very beginning, Jasmine felt there was something special about him. For her, it was immediate — she knew he was her person. It may have taken Jaquan a little more time to realize what Jasmine already felt, but once he did, there was no turning back. That simple moment in 2015 grew into a deep friendship, unwavering love, and a bond that has only strengthened with time. Today, Jasmine and Jaquan are excited to say “I do” and continue the journey that began with one bold first move and a whole lot of love.

Jaquan proposed at a place that holds so much sentimental value for us in more ways than one. What Jasmine believed was simply a surprise birthday celebration turned into the surprise of a lifetime. As “Best of Me” by Tsoul filled the room, Jaquan gently pulled her to the center of it all… and in that unforgettable moment, he asked her to spend forever with him. 💍✨ And just like that, Jasmine and Jaquan were engaged. Today, they are overjoyed and so excited to celebrate this next chapter of their lives with all of you. 🤍
