Question
Will there be transportation?
Answer
Yes, there will be a 55 person shuttle bus that is being used to transfer the bridal party and guests to and from the venue and hotel! The bus will be sitting at the venue so it may be utilized whenever needed.

Are children allowed?

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration! We hope you can join us for an unforgettable day of fun, laughter, and dancing (and maybe a cocktail or two...or three)! Thank you for your understanding and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, and we’d love for everyone to be seated and settled beforehand. As mentioned, there will be a shuttle for those who plan on staying at the hotel if you don't plan on driving.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re only able to include guests named on the invitation. Thanks for understanding!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We recommend cocktail to formal attire. Think elegant evening wear—suits and ties, cocktail dresses, and formal gowns are all welcome.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. If rain or extreme heat occurs, it will move indoors. Cocktail hour will be indoors with access to a beautiful patio, and the reception will be in a ballroom with open doors to a spacious outdoor patio.

What if I have a dietary/allergy restriction?
Answer
We want everyone to enjoy the meal! Please list any dietary restrictions or allergies in your RSVP, and we’ll make sure our caterer is aware.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes! Drinks are on us—enjoy the open bar. Guests are encouraged to bring cash to tip the bartenders, as they will be working hard to make sure the night (and you!) keep going!

When are RSVP's due?
Answer
We will be sending out formal invitations approximately 2-3 months before our wedding date. At that time we will open up our RSVP tab, and all RSVP's will be due by Sunday, June 14th, 2026. We will not accept late RSVP's as headcounts will be due to the venue along with your entree selections we'll provide you with.

Is there a hotel block?

Yes—we have a hotel block available. Details and the booking link can be found on the Travel page. Please use the link provided to receive the discounted rate. If you don't use the link you will not receive the discount! You must book your room by 6/12/2026 to receive this offer.

Will there be valet parking?
Answer
Yes! There will be complimentary valet parking for those who choose to drive themselves instead of taking the shuttle.
