No. Due to venue size and a limited budget, we have decided to have a small wedding and only our closest friends and family are invited. All invited guests will be included on your invitation and on the RSVP page. If you have any questions, please reach out directly to Jessica or Julius.
GPS is your best friend! Once you turn on the main road, Old Glory Ranch will be on the right-hand side. The gates will be open and staff will be there to direct you in.
There is plenty of parking at the venue. There will be staff in the parking area to help you find a spot and someone with a golf-cart to help transport guests to the ceremony space. Please arrive by 5:00 PM to find your parking spot & your seat in the chapel.
We will have beer & two specialty drinks for our guests, along with non-alcoholic beverages. Our venue has a hard policy on outside alcohol. Please do not bring any with you. All alcohol is being delivered to the venue two days prior to the wedding & drinks must be served by the TABC certified staff on-site or we risk getting kicked out of our venue.
We will have a Mexican buffet. Our caterer is Live Oaks Catering in Kyle. We will have beef, chicken & veggie fajitas, in addition to taco salad. There will be options available for vegetarians and those that are gluten free. We will have a charcuterie board set up for snacking after the ceremony & during cocktail hour.
In this Texas heat? Nope! Our wedding ceremony & reception will be held indoors. :-) We will however, have a cocktail hour outdoors on the covered patio after the ceremony to allow staff to prepare the reception area. The bar will be open & there will be snacks available during this transition period.
