Back in 2014, amidst our Winston Salem State University (WSSU) days, Charles and Cassandra crossed paths. Our initial date was a fun night of bowling. As time passed, our connection had ebbs and flows, with moments of staying in touch and times of drifting apart. 5 years down the road destiny brought us together again, our souls instantly connected & fell in love. Since the moment that we were reunited, we have been inseparable. Our adventurous souls have been on a beautiful journey together and we are ready for the next chapter of our lives... and so, the adventure begins... On November 3, 2023 during the housewarming, Charles orchestrated a gathering of our nearest and dearest outside our new home for a portrait, unbeknownst to Cassandra, that his plan included a surprise proposal. Our housewarming weekend took an unexpected turn, transforming into a surprise engagement celebration surrounded by our loved ones.
