We met move in day Sophomore year of college at Rutgers University. We lived on the same floor at Hardenbergh Hall on College Ave. We were friends for some time, and then quickly realized there was something more. The rest is history!

We were at a birthday celebration for Nikki at the Maxwell’s house on Summit. The only people who knew it was coming were Karen, Lisa and Nikki. Midway through the party I asked if Nicole wanted to go down to the dock (it was hard to separate her from Emma so I had to capitalize on the first opportunity that she was alone). We went down and when we came back up again, we were engaged and surprised everyone. Celebration ensued with special guests, gifts and ice cream sandwiches.
