BECAUSE SOMETIMES MOMS REALLY DO KNOW BEST Stef and Jill, the couple’s moms, decided that Abby and Colin needed to "meet." Somewhere along the way, Jill thought Colin lived in Iowa (likely due to Stef saying “Iowa," but meaning Idaho). When Colin initially reached out to Abby, she assumed it was a mistake and ignored him for two weeks. She had no idea there was a "setup" in motion. When Abby mentioned having to miss the annual Honan fundraiser for Michael, Caitlyn responded, “What? You're supposed to be meeting Colin!” Luckily, Abby had the wrong date for the fundraiser and ended up being able to go. Not long after, Abby booked a flight to Idaho, figuring Colin probably wasn’t a kidnapper since his whole family already knew her. After Abby's job commitment was up in Illinois, she was planning to move to the mountains anyway… and luckily for Colin, Idaho has plenty. FIRST AISLE WALK: PRACTICE. THIS ONE: FOREVER. Abby and Colin have already walked down the aisle together once, 5 years ago... as part of Caitlyn’s wedding (Colin’s sister and Abby’s high school best friend). Who knew that aisle walk was just a warm-up?
