Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, there is a large lot that will have enough parking for everyone! If you plan on drinking, please try to find a designated driver or Uber.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please come in your best Business Casual/Dressy attire. Please keep in mind the wedding is at a rodeo grounds. REMEMBER TO BRING JACKETS.

Are children welcome?

Answer

You know how much we love your babies but due to budget and insurance purposes we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding and immediate family. Come enjoy a well deserved night off!

Do you have any registry’s?

Answer

We have 2 funds set up through Zola for our Honeymoon and Home. We will also have a card box for those who wish to gift us with well wishes or cash.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:15 PM to park and be seated. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, please do not interrupt and find a seat in the back.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will be taking place outside under a covered Pavillion

What will the weather be like?

Answer

DAY: A few showers early with overcast skies later in the day. High 62F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%. NIGHT: Overcast. Low near 55F. Winds light and variable.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour will have appetizers, beers, seltzers, soda & water. Dinner will be The Wranglers Family BBQ Pit & same beverages.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes bar will be open with a Tip jar for the bartender.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Please make sure your phones are put away as soon as the ceremony starts we promise you will get access to EVERY PHOTO taken by our photographer.

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

We will have a live stream set up for guest who couldn’t make it from out of town.
