When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask for you to RSVP no later than the 28th June 2026.

Question

Is the wedding taking place outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be taking place in the beautiful indoor space at Kinkell Byre, however we hope the East coast weather gods will be in our favour to spend plenty of time outside for mingling and photographs!

Are my kids included in my invite?

Answer

There will be young children in attendance who are part of our close family and circle - you know who you are! If the name(s) of your children are not included on your invitation or RSVP form, we invite you to take this as an opportunity for some grown-up time without them! Please contact us directly to discuss further if you need.

Can I bring my own plus-one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only invited guests attend. Please let us know if your circumstances have changed.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are in the same venue, and on-site parking is available (Matthew did not build this car park - IYKYK)

Is there transportation to and from hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that those staying off site make their own way to the venue, either by car or taxi. We will provide further information re: carriages closer to the time.

Is there a menu choice?

Answer

We are serving a set menu to all guests. If you have any allergies or dietary requests/requirements, please make this clear on your RSVP for each guest. Our caterers will whip up something fantastic in its place.

What about canapes / evening food - can I eat these if I have a dietary requirement?

Answer

Yes! If you have a dietary requirement, our caterers have asked that you inform staff during canapes, and they will be able to provide options suitable for you.
