September 5, 2026 by 5:00 pm. Please make sure that you have rsvp'd by this deadline. We will have to submit our final numbers. If you do not respond we will assume that you will not be attending.
The dress code is semi formal as this is an evening wedding. Think church attire or business dinner attire. Please NO JEANS OR T-SHIRTS. Please keep it family appropriate.
Please plan to arrive between 4:45 and 5:20 pm. Guests will need to be in their seats by 5:25 pm.
If we are giving you a plus one, the invitation will be addressed to you and your partner (their name if we know them) or with the option of a plus one.
If the invitation is addressed to the family then they are welcome to join if you so desire. If the invitation is only addressed to Mr. and Mrs., we politely ask that you do not bring them.
The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors with outdoor options.
We have hired a local food truck serving tacos, rice, quesadillas, and chips.
If you have a true food allergy let us know ahead of time.
There will be a limited drink menu including wine, beer, soft drinks, tea, and water.
The actual wedding ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. We firmly but politely request that you DO NOT take your phone out for any reason, other than a medical emergency, during the ceremony. At the reception you can take as many photos/videos as you want.
