What to Wear?

We are thrilled to celebrate our special day with you and want everyone to feel comfortable and stylish. Our wedding will be outdoors on a beautiful, rustic setting, so we kindly ask that you adhere to the following attire guidelines: Dress Code: Upscale Western Attire Suggested Attire: For Women: Elegant dresses any length Dressy skirts and blouses Tailored jumpsuits Cowboy boots or stylish flats (heels are discouraged due to the dirt terrain) For Men: Dress shirts with ties or bolo ties Blazers Dress pants or dark jeans (no light blue jeans, please) Cowboy boots Additional Tips: Footwear: Since the wedding will take place on dirt, we recommend wearing boots or flats. High heels are discouraged for your comfort and safety. Accessories: Feel free to add a touch of Western flair with accessories like hats, belts, and bolo ties! We look forward to celebrating with you and appreciate your effort to dress accordingly for our special day.

Transportation

Answer

We hope that most attendees will travel in larger groups or coordinate to facilitate renting or driving larger vehicles. There are no Ubers or Lyfts in Kirkland. Please plan on using personal vehicles to reach the venue, which is approximately 35 minutes from Prescott. We will have a parking lot available. Please do not drink and drive! Sheriffs patrol the road from Prescott to Kirkland.

Grant and I have decided to make it an adults-only occasion to ensure a more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests. We kindly request that you make arrangements for your little ones and join us in celebrating without them. This is for the safety of the children. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at the venue by 4:00 PM to join us for our wedding ceremony. We recommend arriving early to park and get settled. We will have balloons and signs at the venue entrance to guide you in. Looking forward to seeing you!
