What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 p.m , you can arrive at 4:00 p.m to enjoy a light welcome drink. We kindly ask that guests do not arrive before 4:00 PM, as photographs and final venue preparations will be taking place.

Kindly RSVP by January 15th, 2026 to help us ensure an accurate headcount.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for you to dress in cocktail attire—something polished yet comfortable to match the romantic, slightly rustic vibe of our celebration. For women, a cocktail dress or a jumpsuit works perfectly. For men, a suit or dress pants with a blazer, with ties being a nice touch.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to the size of our celebration, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. If you’ve been given a plus one, it will be noted on your invite. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Yes, We have registered at Zola, Target, Walmart, Home Depot, and Amazon. Please check the Registry tab for more details!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom directly as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! After the reception, we’re planning a small after-party with some light bites for anyone who wants to keep the celebration going a little longer. The next morning, we’ll also have a light breakfast to help everyone start the day comfortably before heading home. We’d love to see you at either (or both) if you can make it! Please let us know in your RSVP if you plan to join us for the after-party, the breakfast, or both by January 2nd, 2026.

Are kids welcome?

While we hold your little ones dear, we’re planning a celebration that includes only children who are part of the wedding party. Thank you so much for understanding. We can’t wait to share this special day with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Inn at Leola Village offers ample complimentary self-parking on-site, including accessible spaces to accommodate all guests comfortably. Since the ceremony and reception take place in the same area, guests won’t need to worry about additional driving. Everything is conveniently close by for an easy and enjoyable experience.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please note there will be no shuttle service between the Hampton Inn and The Inn at Leola Village. We encourage everyone to plan ahead for transportation so you can enjoy the evening worry-free and get home safely!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding itself will be indoors. There’s also a patio area for fresh air and conversation, as well as a separate patio with heaters designated for smoking. Some of our professional photos will be taken outdoors, so you might be outside for a short while if you’re in group shots.

Are guests welcome to take photos during the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. Don’t worry, we’ll have a professional photographer capturing all the special moments. Once the reception kicks off, feel free to snap away! We’d love for you to capture the fun and share your photos and videos with us after the celebration. A QR Code/Link will be provided by the day of the wedding!
